As a MedTech Company WEINMANN Emergency faces a couple of challenges regarding data across the company.

Results

The highly regulated medical technology industry poses the great challenge of mapping all product-related topics in one system across all departments. On the one hand, all CAD data is mapped together in a central PLM system by PTC Windchill; on the other hand, there is a need for complaint handling across all process steps in one system.

The CAPA & Complaint module ensures systemic cross-departmental support in one system. The result is much simpler operational IT operations and more efficient complaint handling. To manage this flood of data, WEINMANN Emergency brings together CAD data and complaints in a central PLM system. The whole thing is done on a global level, across locations and departments, with easy access to data that is always up to date. This PLM system makes it possible to meet the increasing demands of customers in terms of complaint handling, quality and performance improvement.
