Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our North America Technical Services team. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive PLM solutions for our clients. Your deep technical knowledge, strategic mindset, and proven leadership abilities will play a crucial role in guiding the successful adoption and integration of PLM technologies within complex enterprise environments.

• Provide technical leadership to PLM projects including working with teams of solution architects and implementation consultants.
• Understand the macro/micro level requirements as per the technical Statement of Work, plan the tasks, assign tasks to resources, and closely monitor the progress.
• Execute Blueprinting, Process Capture, and Large data migration and upgrade projects within schedule & budget.
• Lead the teams to create Functional & Design Specification Documents and conduct assessments in order to prepare AS-IS and GAP analysis and Solutions Approach documents.
• Capture user requirements and document them (User Requirement Specification Functional Specifications, System Capture Worksheet, Solution Design, etc.); guiding the best approach towards executing PLM solutions for customers and meeting business system & process requirements.
• Support resolving technical issues as they arise during project execution in a timely manner.
• Interface and single point of contact with the customer, report the status to the customer.
• Research PLM technologies to determine feasibility and determine the most appropriate achievable implementation approach in Cloud and on-premises environments.
• Capture knowledge that could be reused in the next projects and engagement with customers.
• Provide expertise in PLM concepts, practices, and procedures, CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, Revise, Change Management, Product Structure, Process Management, Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration (SAP/Oracle Apps Integration), and Windchill Product Analytics. 
• Ensure that all systems and processes delivered meet the organization’s quality standards and user requirements.
• Support Business Development and Pre-Sales for feasibility and effort estimation for new opportunities.

1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and specifications. 
2. Must be able to effectively present information to senior management and clients. 
3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
4. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical requirements in specification or diagram forms.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects.
6. Ability to think strategically and delegate appropriate level tasks.

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of MCAD and PLM in architecting, solutioning, and the execution of Services projects.

1. Experience with PTC products
